the staff was always helpful and smiling. i was able to easily walk to the nearby shopping areas. the hotel offers vinyl players in the rooms (a fun touch!). the breakfast buffet had many options, including delicious pastries and fresh coffee.
The room cleaning wasn't automatic. I needed to request it daily.

I found the location convenient, with attractions easily accessible. The staff members were friendly. My room was clean and stylish. The hotel provided a yoga mat in the room, which I used for stretching after long days.
I found the towels rather small. More towels were easy to obtain upon request. A desk in the room would have been useful.

the location was great. it was close to maria hilfer street and metro stations. it also had easy access to the bus. i found this very convenient (especially for exploring the city).
the hotel charges the total cost plus a deposit upon arrival. i was recharged the cost upon departure and the first payment was refunded. this has taken over a week and i still haven't received it back.

The hotel's location was ideal. it was close to two different metro lines. Ideal for getting around. the bathroom had an enjoyable shower. the bed was comfortable and wide.
the room's lighting was not sufficient. it made it difficult to see clearly at night. the hotel asked for extra payment for early check in. i didn't find this cute.
